The HDMI splitter extender is a product for splitting and extending your HDMI signal over long distances to a compatible display. It uses a single CAT5e/6 or higher-level cable up to 60 meters instead of an HDMI cable to transmit high-definition signals. The HDMI signal is distributed from source devices such as DVD players, Satellite Receivers, Set-Top Boxes, DV Cameras, AV Receivers, and other HDMI-enabled devices to one or more high-definition display devices like HDTVs and HDMI Flat Panel Displays.
